Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Dash Xpress, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

Dash Xpress provides wallet and digital-payment services, utility purchases, Cashbooks, business profiles, receipts, statements, notifications, and informational summaries or Insights. Features may change, be unavailable, or be introduced gradually.

You are responsible for securing your account, password, device, and transaction PIN and for information entered through your account. You should review amounts, recipients, Cashbook destinations, and generated entries before confirming them and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

All payments made through Dash Xpress are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure where value was not delivered.

Business profiles are self-declared personalization records and do not constitute CAC registration, tax registration, legal verification, or proof of incorporation. You are responsible for Cashbook accuracy and for choosing whether a book contributes to Insights. Dash Xpress may preserve transaction history as required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

A completed utility purchase is recorded in a Cashbook only after you choose Add to Cashbook and confirm the book or other requested details. You must review the proposed entry. We may use transaction references or other safeguards to prevent duplicate entries.

Business Pulse, forecasts, trends, categories, reminders, and other generated outputs are informational estimates based on the available records. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, credit, or financial advice; they do not guarantee business performance, loan eligibility, or lender approval. Important decisions should be checked against complete records and appropriate professional advice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is collected and used. Private Insights may be calculated from Cashbooks marked Include in Insights. Sharing an identifiable profile, score, or supporting financial information with a lender or partner requires the permission or other lawful basis explained at that time.

You must not use Dash Xpress unlawfully; submit deceptive or unauthorized financial records; infringe another person's rights; attempt to bypass security controls; interfere with the service; or use another person's account, payment details, customer data, or supplier data without authority.

We may maintain, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider availability, or product operation. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dash Xpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, reliance on informational Insights, inaccurate user-entered records, or third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent to support@dashxpress.ng.
